1. Shipping Locations

We currently offer shipping to the following locations:

  • United Kingdom

  • United States

If you require delivery to another location, please contact us before placing your order.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 working days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
In the event of a high volume of orders or unforeseen delays, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified via email in such cases.

3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been dispatched:

  • United Kingdom: 3–5 working days

  • United States: 4–7 working days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. External factors such as customs delays (for US orders), weather conditions, and courier disruptions may affect actual delivery times.

4. Shipping Rates

We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the United Kingdom and the United States.
Please note that for international (US) shipments, any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by local authorities are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to become active.

6. Delivery Issues

If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at ruggedwildwear@proton.me. We will work with our delivery partners to investigate and resolve any issues.
